I also do some online coaching for clients that live in different cities and for those that aren't able to make face-to-face catch ups.

One on One Personal Training
Just you and I working together to overcome your number one health and wellness challenge.
With a combination of physical training sessions and "non-sweat" coaching sessions we will work together to achieve your goals.
Small Group Personal Training
My small group training sessions can accomodate up to 4 people training at a time.
Small group training is the perfect way to stay motivated and share the fun of training with some friends.
There is also the financial benefit as your session cost is lower than a one one one training session.
Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching
These coaching sessions can either be online, over the phone or face-to-face if a convenient locations suits and are aimed to help you get started in making lasting improvement in your fitness, weight management, nutrition, stress management and overall happiness by:
Helping you create a vision of the way you see yourself living.
Helping you set goals that excite and motivate you.
Educating and helping you implement simple healthy lifestyle practices and;
Encouraging, guiding and supporting you along the way.
