FULL-BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT
Here’s 5 of my favourite kettlebell exercises put into a “toasty” little circuit.
If you don’t have a lot of time and you want to smash out a full-body conditioning workout, AND you’re up for a challenge then give this a go. It’s a good combo of full-body strength, fitness and will challenge you just enough without having you feeling too buggered at the end of it.
If you don’t have a kettlebell I highly recommend investing in a couple. Without breaking the bank they allow you to expand on what you can do workout wise and give you the ability to train anywhere!
Complete 4 rounds of the following:
1. Suitcase Deadlift x10 reps
2. Renegade rows x10 reps
3. Front Squat x10 reps
4. Swings x10 reps
5. Push Press x10 reps
*With the renegade rows 1 Push Up + 1 row each arm = 1 rep.
