Helping people in their 30's to move, think & feel better.

We all know that we should take care of our health. We all know we should eat more veggies, exercise more, get better sleep and the list goes on. Knowing and doing are two different things and as the demands, stresses and pressures of life (that we sometimes unnecessarily put on ourselves) increase in our thirties it makes the doing part even more challenging.

Our health & well-being is about so much more than having the “greatest” physique, the flattest stomach, the skinniest, slimmest legs or the biggest muscles. 

And being healthy is understanding that you can eat a whole range of foods and doesn’t have to be all about eating brown rice, chicken breast, tuna and broccoli for every meal.  

Being healthy is having a combination of a healthy mind and healthy body. It’s about feeling comfortable in your own skin, it’s about being more active more often, more confident and energetic so you can enjoy doing the things you love to do (work, going out and meeting new people, playing with your children, hiking mountains, surfing, swimming, playing sport etc, etc). 

Being healthy is living a lifestyle that helps you to avoid major health problems like cardiovascular disease, chronic stress obesity, type II diabetes, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure and osteoporosis. 

From my own personal experience all of these things tend to become a higher priority in our 30’s, as the pressures and demands of life often increase.

The key is to take action early. If you feel your mental or physical health slipping in any kind of way then do something to rectify it. Don’t wait until it becomes a major problem.

That’s my main aim, to guide and support people in taking the necessary steps to live the healthiest, happiest life possible.
